




Job Summary: Responsible for accounting document registration and control, review of income/expense transactions, maintenance of accounting files, and support in reconciliations and reporting. Key Highlights: 1. Accounting document registration and financial transaction control. 2. Assistance in reconciliations and preparation of accounting reports. 3. Requires proactivity and teamwork. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Register and control accounting documents in accordance with current regulations. * Review and record supporting documents for income and expense transactions. * Maintain up-to-date accounting files. * Organize and digitally archive documentation. * Calculate and review tax withholdings (detracciones) as stipulated by law. * Assist in reconciliations and report preparation. * Perform other duties as required for the position. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Sound judgment \- Communication skills \- Proactivity. \- Teamwork \- Ability to work under pressure. \- Technical or university studies in Accounting \- Knowledge of the Regulations on Payment Vouchers. \- Knowledge of the General Accounting Plan (PCGE). \- Knowledge of IGV Withholdings (detracciones) and Retentions. \- ERP system knowledge. \- Knowledge of accounting standards and principles. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
