Position Summary: We are seeking an IT Assistant/Support professional to ensure the optimal operation of computer systems, networks, and equipment, guaranteeing operational continuity and information security. Key Highlights: 1. Provide technical support to users (hardware and software). 2. Manage networks, servers, and computer systems. 3. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. **IT ASSISTANT AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT \- SYSTEMS** A prominent healthcare company is currently seeking a new talent to join its team, preferably residing in the areas of Mi Peru, Ventanilla, Puente Piedra, Los Olivos, SMP, Comas, Pachacutec, and/or surrounding areas. We are currently looking to fill the following position: **IT ASSISTANT / TECHNICAL SUPPORT** **Department:** Systems / Technology **Reports to:** IT Manager / General and Administrative Manager **Position Objective** To provide technical support and ensure the proper functioning of the company’s computer systems, networks, and technological equipment, thereby ensuring operational continuity, information security, and internal process efficiency. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to users (hardware and software). * Manage networks, servers, and computer systems. * Install, configure, and update computer equipment and software. * Manage users, access rights, and permissions within internal systems. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on technological equipment. * Monitor cybersecurity and perform data backups. * Support the implementation of new technologies and systems. * Prepare incident reports and technical solution documentation. * Maintain inventory records of equipment and technological resources. * Coordinate with technology service providers. * Other duties as assigned by the Systems Manager and/or Management. **Position Requirements** Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar roles. Experience in technical support, networking, and equipment maintenance. Proficiency in operating systems. Knowledge of networks, servers, and technical support. Desirable experience in cybersecurity and user management. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** Incident response time. User satisfaction level. System availability (%). Completion rate of scheduled maintenance. Reduction in technical failures.
