Main Responsibilities: * Record income and expenses in administrative and accounting systems. * Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash control. * Manage supplier payments and withholding controls. * Prepare accounting provisions and support the preparation of financial statements. * Control and record company assets. * Prepare cash flow reports, operating expense reports, and monthly cost reports. * Coordinate with Accounting, Operations, and Management to ensure proper execution of payments and expense reporting. * Organize and maintain up-to-date financial and banking documentation archives. * Analyze accounting accounts and prepare reports for Management. * Provide support in preparing financial information in accordance with current accounting standards. Requirements: * Technical degree holder, Bachelor’s degree, or graduate in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in treasury, accounting, or similar positions. * Knowledge of bank reconciliations, petty cash, accounting provisions, and payment controls. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills. * Availability for full-time employment.
