**Job Opening: Procurement Assistant – Industrial Division (AGEFRED)**
**Position Purpose**
Support the Procurement Department in the timely and competitive acquisition of materials and services for construction and installation projects (electrical, HVAC, MEP, and structural), ensuring documentary traceability, process compliance, and cross-departmental coordination.
Main Responsibilities
* Prepare and issue **RFQs** to suppliers/subcontractors: consolidate requirements, send requests, and track quotations.
* Prepare **technical-economic comparative analyses** (price, delivery terms, Incoterms, warranties, scope/inclusions-exclusions) and provide award recommendations.
* Maintain and clean the **supplier database**: onboarding, document qualification (certificates, HSE, QA/QC), and list updates.
* Register **purchase requests** and support **PO issuance** in ERP; ensure orderly archiving in SharePoint/OneDrive.
* Coordinate with **Engineering, Construction, Quality, and Finance** for technical clarifications, timelines, deliveries, and cash flow.
* Support **logistics and tracking**: manufacturing and dispatch dates, delivery notes/waybills, site receipt, and documentary closure.
* Develop **control dashboards** for RFQ/PO (status, savings, OTD, incidents) and brief progress reports.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a procurement assistant (must be verified).
* **Graduate** in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or related field.
* Intermediate **Excel** proficiency (must be verified).
* Clear communication, organization, attention to detail, and proactive attitude to learn negotiation and contracting.
* Intermediate **English** (B1–B2) desirable for technical reading and email correspondence.
Knowledge
* **Incoterms**, familiarity with **ERP** (SAP B1/Business Central or similar) and **Power BI**.
* Academic background or internship experience in procurement, logistics, or planning.
* Basic understanding of **IGV/detracción** (Peru).
Position Conditions
* **Location:** **On-site – San Isidro (Lima)**
* **90-day onboarding** with mentor, process guide, and brief rotation through Engineering/Warehouse.

Salary: S/.2,300.00 – S/.2,600.00 per month
