Career path opportunities and continuous training **Job Description** We are looking for a **Quality Assurance Analyst** with solid technical experience, capable of managing the team's testing metrics and presenting this information to clients, with a consultative perspective and communication skills across all levels. **Profile****Technical Requirements:** * More than 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) / Testing. * At least 1 year of experience in project and/or initiative management. * ISTQB Foundation certification (if you do not hold it, you must have experience in manual and automated testing applying this standard). * Experience executing quality improvement proposals or initiatives for software. **Soft-Skills Requirements:** * Management (at project and/or team level) * Conflict resolution \- Negotiation ability * Assertive and effective communication at all levels * Continuous improvement mindset \- Innovation **Desirable:** * **Advanced Excel and Power Automate proficiency.** * Experience creating high-impact presentations and reports. * Experience managing metrics and SLAs. * Scrum Foundation certification. **About Inetum** We are **Inetum**, an agile services company delivering digital solutions, and a global group of technologists accompanying our clients.
