Wishing you great success throughout this process! **Senior Software Engineer, Quality Assurance** **Mission:** Ensure the quality of the Bank’s digital products through the design, execution, and automation of functional and non-functional tests, contributing to the delivery of reliable, scalable solutions aligned with engineering standards and business objectives. **What do we expect from you?** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum \+2 years of experience in QA, software testing or development. * Knowledge of functional and non-functional testing (performance, security, availability). * Experience in test automation and test data management. * Proficiency in tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, Karate, Gatling, or similar. * Knowledge of CI/CD, continuous integration, and testing frameworks. * Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. * Analytical profile, quality-oriented, with ownership and ability to work effectively in teams. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. **What challenges will you face?** * Design and execute functional and non-functional tests to ensure solution quality. * Automate testing workflows, including test data management, validations, and test execution. * Validate acceptance criteria and key risks associated with each implemented solution. * Implement and enhance test automation and test management capabilities. * Monitor quality metrics, test coverage, and software testability. * Actively participate in the development lifecycle, ensuring quality from early stages. * Take ownership of solutions, supporting incident resolution and SLO improvement. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee a high-level customer experience. * Promote a quality culture by advocating best practices and automation within the team. * Operate in an agile environment, managing multiple initiatives and demanding quality standards.
