




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Administration and Treasury Analyst to coordinate payments, manage cash flow, and oversee administrative operations in a dynamic environment. We are looking for an **Administration and Treasury Analyst**, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative and financial areas, preferably in industrial, metal-mechanical, mining, or B2B service companies. We seek a proactive, organized individual with leadership skills, ability to work in teams, results orientation, and commitment to continuous process improvement. **Professional Profile** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 4 years of experience in Administration and Finance. * Minimum 2 years of experience in coordination or supervision roles. * Experience with SAP Business One (mandatory). **Knowledge Requirements** * SAP Business One (functional and administrative level). **(Mandatory)** * Corporate treasury, cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and payment scheduling. **(Mandatory)** * Vendor management, petty cash, and document control. **(Mandatory)** * Advanced Excel. **(Mandatory)** * Preparation of managerial reports and KPIs. **(Mandatory)** * Power BI, international trade, corporate insurance, and contract administration. **(Desirable)** **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and execute weekly payment scheduling. * Monitor cash flow and perform bank reconciliations. * Manage bank accounts, petty cash, and pending reimbursements. * Supervise vendor management and administrative documentation. * Administer and provide functional support for SAP Business One. * Prepare managerial reports, KPIs, and performance tracking. * Analyze budget variances and propose improvements. * Implement internal controls and standardize administrative processes. * Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Accounting, Human Resources, and Commercial departments. * Provide direct support to the Administration and Finance Management on operational matters and strategic projects. **Send CV to email:** claudia.cieza@americorpsac.com **Indicate monthly salary expectations.** Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
