Position Summary: We are seeking a BIM Architect to join our technical team, developing and coordinating urban planning and architectural projects using BIM methodology. Key Highlights: 1. BIM methodology-based project development and coordination 2. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D 3. Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) **BIM Architect** We are looking for an experienced **BIM Architect** in **urban planning and architectural projects**, to join our technical team for the development and coordination of projects using BIM methodology. **Requirements:** * Licensed Architect. * Prior experience in urban planning projects is preferred. * Proficiency in the following tools: * **Revit** * **AutoCAD** * **Civil 3D** * Experience with the **Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)** platform. * Knowledge and application of **BIM standards** (standards, workflows, coordination). * Familiarity with the **National Building Code (RNE) – Urban Planning**. * Experience in BIM modeling, coordination, and information management. * Strong teamwork skills and commitment to meeting deadlines. **Responsibilities:** * Development and coordination of urban projects. * Management of area schedule tables, contributions, etc. * Information and documentation management on the ACC platform. * Preparation and review of drawings in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. * Coordination with specialized disciplines.
