We are currently seeking a **Project Manager – Logistics Centers**, responsible for comprehensively leading the development of industrial and logistics projects—from pre-construction through final delivery—ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and the client’s strategic objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead comprehensive project management for logistics and industrial projects across planning, pre-construction, construction, and closure phases. * Define the project execution strategy in coordination with General Management and the client. * Manage contracts, scope, change control, and contractual administration. Lead and coordinate supervision, engineering, and construction teams. * Manage technical, financial, and operational risks by implementing mitigation plans. * Lead site committees and meetings with clients and investors. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and applicable regulatory standards. **Requirements:** * Licensed and registered **Civil Engineer**. * **Minimum 10 years of general experience** in project supervision. * **Minimum 8 years as a Project Manager or equivalent role** in logistics centers and industrial projects. * **Mandatory experience** in logistics centers, warehouses, industrial parks, or similar infrastructure projects. * Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic decision-making skills. **Offered:** * Involvement in high-impact logistics projects. * Competitive market-aligned remuneration commensurate with experience. * Opportunities for professional growth.
