Your journey toward impact and innovation begins here at WSP! **Key Responsibilities:** * Participate in work scheduling with the project team, using the target schedule as reference. * Verify daily execution of assigned activities, supervising and ensuring that work performed by personnel under supervision complies with quality standards. * Understand and be familiar with the project’s technical documentation (technical specifications, drawings, and other technical documentation provided by the Site Manager CQA/CQC). * Supervise and control works carried out by assigned teams. * Supervise work performed by contractors and subcontractors. * Review stock levels and material quality for use in construction execution. * Verify that measurement equipment used on the Project holds valid calibration certificates issued no more than one year prior. * Review design drawings. * Verify compliance with quality controls during construction execution. * Prepare daily reports, weekly reports, and contribute to monthly reports for the Electromechanical discipline. * Review and validate specific work procedures. * Prepare technical reports. * Promote compliance with the client’s health, safety, and environmental policies. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety in the activities performed, among others. **Professional Background:** * Degree holder and registered member of the Professional Association of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related disciplines. * Minimum 7–8 years’ experience in supervision or general construction projects. * Preferred: experience in industrial electromechanical systems within the mining sector and tailings dam construction. * Preferred: solid knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety. * Preferred: intermediate-level proficiency in AutoCAD. * Preferred residence in southern Peru. * Preferred: valid driver’s license. \#Perú \#LI\-VE1 \#LI\-Onsite **Primary Location** PE\-Lima**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 7**Job Posting** Apr 9, 2026, 5:02:28 PM
