Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical / Automotive / Mechatronic Engineer to lead the design, diagnosis, development, and integration of mechanical and mechatronic systems, ensuring efficiency and innovation. An automotive industry company is currently seeking top talent for the position of **Mechanical / Automotive / Mechatronic Engineer** at our **Puente Piedra** office. **Job Objective** Lead the design, diagnosis, development, and integration of mechanical, electronic, and mechatronic systems in automotive equipment and machinery, ensuring operational efficiency, innovation, and compliance with quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * **Design and develop** mechatronic systems and technical innovations applied to equipment, machinery, and automotive systems. * **Implement technical improvements** in operational processes, workshops, and existing systems. * **Diagnose and supervise** preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electronic, and transmission systems. * **Conduct performance testing and analysis** to ensure quality and reliability of projects and machinery. * **Actively collaborate with the technical team** to effectively resolve mechanical and electronic issues, ensuring adherence to established deadlines. * **Stay updated** on the latest trends and technological advancements in the automotive and mechatronics industries. **Candidate Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or professional title in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years of prior experience in **design and development of mechanical and electronic systems**. * Proven experience with **CTV, equipment, and machinery** (automotive and industrial sectors). **Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced proficiency in **design software** (CAD/SolidWorks or similar) and **programming**. * Diagnosis and management of automotive mechanical and electronic systems. **Availability:** Full-time on-site work at the **Puente Piedra** office. **Benefits** * Opportunity to participate in innovation and technical development projects. * Pleasant working environment. * MYPE labor regime. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. * Bi-weekly and monthly payments.
