Become part of our **Personnel Administration team**. **Your Mission** Provide comprehensive, high-quality support to the Personnel Administration, Compensation, Payroll, and Labor Relations areas for the Andean Region, ensuring compliance with labor obligations, efficient document management, and preparation of key reports. Support timely management of labor obligations—from document preparation through submission, registration, control, and information custody—including coordination of employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers, as well as coordination with outsourcing firms. **What Will Be My Responsibilities?** * Provide comprehensive, high-quality support to the Personnel Administration, Compensation, Payroll, and Labor Relations areas for the Andean Region * Ensure timely compliance with labor obligations * Organize and archive documentation * Develop and implement KPIs **Ideal Candidate for This Position:** * Advanced Excel skills—especially handling large databases, pivot tables, charts, lookup formulas, and filters (mandatory). * Intermediate Power BI skills—DAX formulas and measures (desirable). * Knowledge of T-Registro and PLAME, AFP NET (desirable). * Knowledge of types of employment contracts * Knowledge of payroll calculation and settlement of social benefits * Knowledge of labor legislation: vacations, attendance, contracts (desirable) * Intermediate English proficiency **It all starts with people.** The world needs metals and minerals for the energy transition, and our cities and infrastructure must be developed to serve a growing population.
