We are currently seeking a **Civil Field Supervisor – Logistics Centers**, responsible for supervising the proper execution of civil works on-site, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, schedule, and quality and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise on-site civil works execution in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. * Monitor daily construction progress and verify schedule adherence. * Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and the supervision team. * Verify work quality and compliance with project standards. * Identify field deviations and report them promptly, proposing corrective actions. * Monitor appropriate use of materials, equipment, and resources on site. * Participate in site meetings and progress reporting. **Requirements:** * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer. * Minimum 6 years of general construction project experience. * At least 5 years of specific experience as a Civil Field Supervisor. * **Mandatory experience in logistics centers, industrial, or similar infrastructure projects.** * Solid knowledge of construction processes, drawing interpretation, and on-site quality control. * Strong field leadership, effective communication, and decision-making skills. **We Offer:** * Participation in high-impact logistics and industrial projects. * Competitive compensation aligned with market standards and experience. * Professional growth opportunities.
