Job Summary: COLLOKY is seeking a Sales Advisor to provide customer service, drive sales, and maintain store operations, requiring proactivity and a results-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and advisory support 2. Driving sales and achieving targets 3. Maintaining store order and merchandise restocking COLLOKY is currently recruiting a Full-Time Sales Advisor for our store located at Real Plaza Puruchuco Shopping Center. **Location:** Real Plaza Puruchuco Shopping Center **Main Responsibilities:** * Providing customer service and advisory support. * Driving sales and achieving targets. * Maintaining store order and merchandise restocking. **Requirements:** * Experience in sales and customer service (preferred). * Proactivity and a results-oriented mindset. * Availability to work 48 hours per week on rotating shifts. **We Offer:** * 2% commission on sales (uncapped). * Bonuses for store-level target achievement. * Statutory benefits: health insurance, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), gratification, severance pay, and family allowance.
