Maintain constant communication and coordination with logistics On behalf of our client, a reputable company, we are seeking a **Delivery Driver** to join their operations located in **La Perla, Callao**. The main objective of this position is to ensure the timely distribution and delivery of goods to various customers, adhering to assigned routes and guaranteeing proper handling of products, documentation, and the assigned vehicle. Responsibilities * Perform daily delivery of goods according to assigned routes and delivery points. * Drive the van provided by the company, ensuring safe and appropriate transportation of goods. * Verify goods and documentation before commencing delivery routes. * Carry out and/or assist with loading and unloading of goods. * Deliver goods to customers, ensuring correct receipt. * Review and manage delivery-related documentation: waybills, invoices, charges, and related documents. * Obtain customer acknowledgment of receipt. * Maintain constant communication and coordination with the dispatch and logistics departments. * Promptly report any incidents occurring during delivery routes. * Ensure proper care, cleanliness, and maintenance of the assigned vehicle. * Comply with traffic regulations, safety standards, and internal company procedures. * Provide appropriate service and customer attention during deliveries. Requirements * Completed secondary education. * Prior experience as a Delivery Driver or performing distribution and delivery functions. * Valid driver’s license. * Must have no traffic violation records. * Knowledge of routes in Lima and Callao. * Experience driving vans or delivery vehicles. * Availability to perform loading and unloading tasks. * Responsibility, punctuality, and service orientation. * A valid Special License A4 is desirable; if not held, the company will facilitate its processing.
