Job Summary:
The Navigation and Fishing Officer is responsible for the vessel's representation, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness, assisting the master during fishing operations.

The **Navigation and Fishing Officer** is responsible for:
**Duties:**
* Representing the vessel before authorities and insurance companies both in port and during fishing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance.
* Keeping statutory certificates, crew embarkation books, crew licenses, daily courses, navigation logs, and other mandatory documentation up to date.
* Verifying the condition and validity of safety, CI (Communication and Information), and navigation equipment; responsible for bridge operational readiness and assigning watchkeeping roles.
* Assisting the master during fishing operations and operating vessels at berth, in bays, or underway as required by the company; remaining onboard during unloading operations on lighters.
* Participating in watchkeeping role planning for vessel movements and monitoring vessel maintenance activities.
**Requirements:**
* **Chief Officer (Navigation)** license
* Valid crew embarkation book
* Experience aboard fishing vessels
* Up-to-date knowledge of maritime safety, CI equipment, and regulations
* Availability for sea service and rotating shifts
* Valid IMO courses
