Requirements: * Completed higher education or technical studies in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the position. * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. Responsibilities: * Record work orders in the system. * Record service orders in the system. * Generate outgoing notes for supplies and/or tools. * Generate material and spare parts delivery guides each time a worker leaves to perform any type of work at the client's facility. * Manage the Kardex. * Perform other duties inherent to the position, as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
