We seek talent who shares our vision and wishes to transform ideas into high-impact commercial products. **What will be your role?** Execute the design and development process for collections, ensuring technical feasibility and prototyping efficiency while consistently maintaining Joli Joli’s quality and profitability standards. **Responsibilities:** **1\. Design Cycle Management.** * Plan the collection development timeline from concept to final product. * Prepare technical specification sheets. * Coordinate with production teams to ensure designs align with current manufacturing processes. * Monitor delivery deadlines (deadlines) for each design stage. **2\. Prototype Development.** * Supervise physical sample creation, ensuring strict adherence to technical specifications. * Conduct fit and ergonomics testing to validate product quality. * Document necessary prototype corrections until final approval is obtained. **3\. Resource Optimization.** * Select materials and components that balance quality and cost-effectiveness. * Minimize waste during pattern-making and cutting stages in sample development. * Negotiate or identify suppliers of raw materials aligned with the brand’s established budgets. **4\. Action Resolution.** * Independently identify and resolve technical issues arising during production. * Make rapid decisions to address unforeseen challenges in prototype manufacturing without delaying launch timelines. * Maintain proactive communication with production supervisors to report progress or critical bottlenecks. **5\. Trend Analysis.** * Research markets and emerging fashion proposals consistent with Joli Joli’s conceptual identity. * Translate global trends into commercially viable and "purpose-driven" products for the target audience. * Evaluate performance of previous designs to propose improvements for upcoming collections. **Technical Knowledge** * **Digital Design:** Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for sketching and creating graphical technical specification sheets. * **Pattern Making and Construction:** Technical understanding of pattern making, grading, and footwear construction processes. * **Product Costing:** Ability to structure material and supply costs (Intermediate Excel). * **Materials:** Technical judgment for selection and quality control of supplies (leather, synthetics, trimmings, soles). * **Operational Management:** Proficiency in tools for critical path planning and delivery scheduling. **Academic Background** * **Profile:** Graduate or bachelor's degree holder. * **Fields of Study:** Fashion Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines. Salary: S/.1,300.00 \- S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
