At PROYECTA, a company specializing in construction project management, supervision, and consultancy, we are seeking a Progress Supervision Manager to join our team in Trujillo for infrastructure projects. **What are we looking for?** * Civil Engineer, registered and licensed. * Minimum five (5) years of experience, counted from the date of professional registration. * Experience in construction execution and/or supervision in general. * Prior experience serving as Progress Supervisor, Project Manager, Construction Supervisor, Resident Engineer, Coordinator, or similar roles related to construction progress management and control. * Experience in schedule monitoring, physical progress control, valuation, and construction project progress management. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead construction progress supervision, ensuring compliance with established schedules. * Supervise and control the project’s physical progress, identifying deviations and proposing corrective measures. * Coordinate with the supervision team, contractors, and specialists to ensure achievement of project milestones. * Review and validate progress reports, updated schedules, and technical documentation related to project progress. * Prepare progress monitoring and control reports for project management. **What do we offer?** * Participation in high-impact infrastructure projects. * Opportunity to join a specialized technical team. * Positive work environment and professional development opportunities. * Formal employment under the General Regime.
