Key role in promoting a safety culture At **HARDTECH**, a leading provider of technological solutions, we are seeking an **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Supervisor**, committed to risk prevention, compliance with current regulations, and promotion of a safety culture. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in OSH Supervisor, Prevention Officer, or OSH Coordinator roles. * Specialization or Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health. * Knowledge of Law No. 29783 and its Regulation. * Experience in developing IPERC, ATS, accident investigations, and document management. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations across offices, warehouses, and projects. * Conduct safety inspections, identify hazards, and follow up on corrective actions. * Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation for the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) (IPERC, ATS, procedures, and records). * Coordinate inductions, training sessions, safety talks, and drills under the Annual OSH Program. * Investigate incidents and accidents, proposing preventive and corrective measures. * Prepare OSH reports and indicators, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
