To join our team, you must meet the following requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience in RPA development: ServiceNow / Appian / Blue Prism * ServiceNow RPA: ServiceNow Specialist/Architect with experience in implementing Event Management and Major Incident Management, defining integration architectures, automating incidents, and providing technical leadership in ITSM/ITOM environments. * Appian RPA: Senior Appian Architect with experience in end\-to\-end BPM solution design, enterprise integration strategy, data governance, scalability, security, and technical leadership under DevOps methodologies and quality standards. * Blue Prism RPA: Blue Prism RPA Developer with experience in designing, developing, and supporting automations; building reusable processes and objects; and conducting technical\-functional analysis of processes eligible for automation. * Residency in any province of Peru.
