Lead and develop field sales teams. Drive credit disbursement through agreements. Conduct daily follow-up on results and goal achievement. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Supervisor in the financial sector. Knowledge of credit agreements and/or payroll deduction loans. Experience leading commercial teams and achieving targets. Leadership, motivation, and communication skills. Analytical ability and results orientation. Availability for hybrid work (field and office). Laptop and internet access required.
