Comprehensive support in kitchen operations and customer service **KITCHEN ASSISTANT \- DULCCETO CAFETERIA** **Requirements** **\-** Age: 20 years or older. \- Residence in La Esperanza (**MANUEL AREVALO**) \- 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience. **\-** Competencies: Proactivity, teamwork, initiative, multifunctionality. \- Upon employment, the candidate must obtain their health certificate (carnet de sanidad). \- Availability to work the evening shift from 4:30 pm to 11:45 pm (7 hours daily). **Responsibilities** **1\.** Washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients to facilitate dish preparation. **2\.** Assisting with plating under the chef’s supervision to optimize delivery times. **3\.** Operating kitchen tools and equipment (blenders, food processors, etc.) following instructions. **5\.** Organizing and restocking workstations to maintain production pace. **6\.** Cleaning utensils, surfaces, and equipment to ensure hygienic conditions. **7\.** Sorting waste and coordinating proper disposal to maintain order. **8\.** Assisting in basic recipe preparation according to the chef’s instructions. **9\.** Reporting shortages of ingredients or utensils to prevent production delays. **10\.** Adhering to cleaning and food handling standards to prevent contamination. **11\.** Strictly following instructions to maintain dish quality. **12\.** Assisting with receipt, storage, and distribution of necessary kitchen supplies. **13\.** Supporting the head chef or cooks in various tasks as required.
