In this role, you’ll help safeguard portfolio health and maintain clear, timely experiences for both clients and internal teams. Your work will directly impact policy continuity, process order, and prevention of payment-related cancellations.
We seek someone with an analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and eagerness to learn. Candidates with experience in collections, finance, or billing are highly valued.
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
* Ensure orderly tracking of premiums, payments, and portfolio to support efficient management.
* Identify risks early and propose actions to prevent payment delays and policy cancellations.
* Help resolve payment situations with clients by proposing clear and viable alternatives.
* Support sales and account teams to maintain smooth processes.
* Help improve the quality of tracking and information traceability.
* Use digital tools and work systems with openness to learning new solutions, including AI-powered tools.
* Collaborate across departments to sustain simple, respectful, and effective communication.
* Contribute ideas to make processes more agile and strengthen the customer experience.
**About You**
We seek someone who shares our passion for service and excellence. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
* More than 2 years of experience in collections or billing.
* Experience with payment tracking, portfolio management, payment application, or collections analysis.
* Comfort coordinating processes and working with cross-departmental teams.
* A degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
* Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency.
* Ability to adapt easily to systems and new technological tools.
* Intermediate English is desirable but not an exclusionary requirement.
* Strong organizational skills, consistent follow-up, and attention to detail.
* Ability to anticipate problems and propose solutions.
* Interest in working in an environment where learning, well-being, and collaboration matter.
