**What Are We Looking For?**
Responsible for office opening and closing; manage staff entry and exit control.
Maintain and care for the internal and external appearance of the office, and ensure compliance with security measures, office access or other areas, security codes, fire extinguishers, etc.
Ensure efficiency of Service Advisors, avoiding unnecessary delays at service counters.
Manage pantry orders for the entire office.
Resolve incidents related to operations of personnel under your supervision.
Monitor correct application of regulations and established requirements regarding branch usage, formalization, guarantees, disbursements; collaborate in implementation of applications and systems, controlling their proper functioning, and promptly reporting organizational instructions.
Respond to requests from regulatory entities or supervisory bodies and monitor compliance.
Ensure proper filing within the office.
Supply cash daily to Service Advisors and ATMs, as well as replenish cash shortages. Collect excess cash from tills.
Exercise dual control (together with the colleague assigned to this function) over the office vault concerning: code usage, opening, handling, and closing.
Conduct cash reconciliations for Service Advisors or delegate this task to designated staff.
Supervise and conduct periodic reconciliations of valuables.
Input, confirm (send/receive), and query cash remittances.
Perform the office’s accounting reconciliation.
Administer and control the cash and valuables vault, as well as supervise and conduct periodic reconciliations of valuables.
Authorize Service Advisor transactions exceeding the operational limit.
Carry out comprehensive management and monitoring of your own portfolio and those of your team (analysis, recovery activity management, etc.), both in volume and profitability, as this is your responsibility.
Lead and ensure your team’s activities follow best practices.
Promote staff suitability for their roles and timely internal training (through in-house training initiatives, rotations, etc.) and external training.
Organize work meetings with your staff, as well as attend various office committees at scheduled intervals.
