




Job Summary: We are seeking a business development professional with experience in the technology/education sector to expand iteNlearning's presence and manage international client relationships. Key Highlights: 1. Lead generation and customer acquisition at the international level. 2. Business growth management with existing customers. 3. Design and implementation of sales and expansion strategies. iteNlearning is a Spanish company with over 25 years of experience in the education sector, dedicated to providing tools and knowledge that facilitate the transition toward neurodevelopment-centered educational models. Its mission is to promote inclusive and equitable education through the implementation of educational technologies specifically designed for teaching and learning—resulting from the convergence of Science and Technology. Its commercial objective focuses on the development and implementation of customized educational and cross-cutting social-impact projects, based on the deployment of Professional Educational Instruments and Associated Implementation Services, designed under the Theory of Change methodology. Projects are primarily marketed through B2B and B2G channels, with various types of educational institutions as target customers. This process is carried out via consultative selling, sometimes cold-calling. KEY OBJECTIVES: - Lead generation and acquisition of new international customers - Development of implementation projects for prospective customers - Management and growth of business with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and exploring new commercial opportunities. - Commercial representation of iteNlearning in the education sector RESPONSIBILITIES: - Identify and develop new leads and business opportunities aligned with the company’s target customers - Initiate, develop, and maintain commercial projects, planning and structuring the necessary actions for their successful execution. - Identify and develop new strategic alliances with partners, aligned with the company’s objectives and needs. - Execute targeted commercial activities to promote business development and create a medium-term action plan identifying strategic customers and initiatives. - Design and implement international sales and market expansion strategies based on the company’s value proposition and implementation framework. - Systematically follow up on and foster loyalty among prospects and newly acquired customers developed by the team. - Collaborate with internal teams to align ongoing key deployments and projects. - Prepare and tailor commercial materials and proposals for presentations and briefings tailored to each client. - Draft and negotiate contractual terms for each offer and project with clients. - Track offers and proposals submitted to clients. - Produce monthly reports reflecting commercial activity, keeping the unit’s CRM information system updated.
