Design the organizational structure and optimize operations About the Company CONSORCIO IMERCO S.A.C. is a Peruvian company with over 18 years of experience in marketing technological solutions, computing equipment, printers, consumables, interactive displays, and technology for both public and private sectors. We are undergoing a business transformation and growth process focused on process digitalization, implementation of technological tools, commercial strengthening, and expansion into new markets. Position Operations and Business Transformation Manager Job Objective To lead the company’s professionalization, organizational development, and digital transformation by implementing processes, management metrics (KPIs), technological tools, and strategies that enable sustainable business scaling, reduce operational dependency on partners, and strengthen the organizational structure. Main Responsibilities • Oversee administrative, commercial, logistics, and support operations. • Design and implement the company’s organizational structure. • Implement management metrics (KPIs) across all departments. • Lead the implementation of an ERP system (Odoo, SAP Business One, or another solution). • Lead the implementation of a commercial CRM system. • Supervise the development of the corporate website and e-commerce platform. • Optimize procurement, inventory, logistics, and customer service processes. • Develop commercial growth plans for the private sector. • Develop internal policies, procedures, and manuals. • Implement automation and digital transformation tools. • Coordinate with technology manufacturers and distributors. • Prepare managerial reports for senior leadership. • Manage continuous improvement and operational efficiency projects. • Lead recruitment and human talent development processes. Requirements: Academic Qualifications • Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Business Engineering, or related fields. • MBA or Master’s degree in Business Management (preferred). • Specialization in Operations Management, Digital Transformation, or Project Management. Experience • Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory or managerial roles. • Minimum 3 years leading business transformation initiatives. • Experience implementing ERP and CRM systems. • Experience in commercial, technology, distribution, or tech retail companies. • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams. Technical Knowledge • ERP systems (Odoo, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). • Commercial CRM systems. • Process management. • KPIs and Business Intelligence. • Financial management and budgetary control. • Digital transformation. • Project management.
