For more information, visit WPP.com. **The Role** We are looking for a Client Partner — someone who understands the client’s business as well as our own, uses AI as a daily tool, and has the confidence to propose, negotiate, and close. **What You’ll Do** *Strategy & Business* * Translate client business objectives into concrete agency opportunities: new projects, service expansion, scope growth. * Actively participate in campaign strategic planning, contributing business insight—not just execution oversight. * Proactively identify and present upselling and cross\-selling opportunities within your assigned accounts. *Commercial Management* * Share accountability for revenue growth in your accounts, with annual expansion targets. * Independently or jointly with the Account Director, develop and present value propositions to clients. * Manage scope, budget, and timeline negotiations autonomously and judiciously. * Build relationships across multiple levels within the client organization—not only with your direct contact. *Operational Management* * Oversee performance and development of Account Executives reporting to you. * Ensure project profitability through active tracking of hours, resources, and margins. * Manage workflow with internal teams (creativity, strategy, production, data), ensuring quality and on-time delivery. * Develop high-quality briefs featuring strategic questioning of the assignment, including de\-briefing the team with key questions. *AI & Digital Intelligence* * Incorporate generative AI tools into your workflow: briefing, reporting, analysis, presentations. * Stay current on marketing technology trends relevant to your clients. * Evaluate and apply AI outputs thoughtfully in real-world contexts—you don’t need to be a developer, but you must use AI authentically. **What We’re Looking For** * 4–6 years of experience at an advertising agency, marketing consultancy, or on the client side in brand management. * Experience with integrated campaigns, with emphasis on digital\-first approaches. * A proven track record of account growth or identifying new business opportunities—not just execution. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. * Executive presentation and communication skills: comfortable presenting to CMOs or Marketing Managers. * Data\-informed thinking: able to read metrics, interpret dashboards, and make data-driven decisions. * Commercial mindset and genuine ownership of outcomes. * Proficiency with project management tools (Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or similar). * Demonstrated, regular use of AI tools in day\-to\-day work (preferred). **Conditions** * Work Mode: Hybrid * Availability to support accounts operating in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
