Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to ensure optimal execution of infrastructure projects, guaranteeing quality, cost, schedule, and safety, supervising daily operations, and serving as the technical liaison between contractors and clients. Serve as the technical liaison between contractors and the client **JOB OPPORTUNITY \| CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR!** **Checkin Group** is currently looking for a **CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR** to join our team and participate in an important project in **San Juan de Lurigancho (Jicamarca)**. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS * A professionally **licensed and registered Civil Engineer**. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience as a Supervisor or Supervision Assistant, Quality or Production Coordinator, Finishing Supervisor, or similar positions. * Experience in infrastructure projects, earthworks, excavations, urban development, or civil construction works. * Advanced knowledge of **reading and interpreting construction drawings**. * Experience in managing and controlling the quality of construction work. * Knowledge of on-site safety and risk management. * Availability for full-time, on-site work. * **MUST RESIDE in areas adjacent to SJL (Jicamarca).** JOB OBJECTIVE Ensure optimal project execution, guaranteeing compliance with **quality, cost, schedule, and safety requirements**, supervising daily operations, and verifying adherence to drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. Act as the technical liaison between **contractors and the client**, performing duties directly and continuously on-site. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * **At project commencement:** * Review project documentation, specifications, budgets, contracts, and official permits. * Lead site meetings and prepare supervision reports. * Inform and promote compliance with the organization’s **Anti-Bribery Code of Ethics**. * Verify that staff maintain updated and validated information in Drive. **During project execution:** * Supervise correct execution of works per drawings, specifications, and quality protocols. * Identify unsafe acts and report incidents to the immediate supervisor. * Verify materials, material testing, and processes against quality standards. * Monitor project progress, identify irregularities, and review valuation reports. * Participate in site meetings and follow up on meeting minutes. * Compare planned vs. actual progress and report deviations. * Implement Management Plans and keep information updated for periodic reporting. * Approve protocols and maintain constant communication with the client. * Prepare project close-out documentation and collect technical annexes. * Establish schedules for inspection and acceptance of the works. **At project completion:** * Participate in final acceptance and preparation of the Project Completion Certificate. * Keep information updated for preparation of the final report. * Report and follow up on client complaints or observations. * Fulfill responsibilities related to the **Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&SMS)** and report incidents or accidents. * Verify that staff maintain updated information in Drive. **Department and common area handover service:** * Coordinate visits for inspection of departments and common areas. * Identify and record observations during inspections. * Prepare reports for the client. * Explain identified observations and required services to the client.
