Summary: Seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to maintain and enhance BI reporting in Tableau and write complex SQL queries in Snowflake for an eCommerce team. Highlights: 1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail\-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic eCommerce team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our BI reporting suite in Tableau, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for business decision\-making. **This role also requires expertise in writing complex SQL queries in Snowflake to support ad hoc data requests and in\-depth analyses.** As part of our analytics team, you will collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams, including marketing, CRM, and Product Creation, to deliver actionable insights that drive business performance. Key Responsibilities: * Tableau Reporting: * Maintain and enhance the company’s existing Tableau BI reporting suite, ensuring dashboards are accurate, intuitive, and aligned with business goals. * Design, develop, and publish new Tableau dashboards and visualizations based on evolving business requirements. * Monitor and troubleshoot Tableau performance, optimizing extracts and data connections for efficiency. * Snowflake Development: * Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries in Snowflake for ad hoc data requests and recurring reports. * Design and implement data pipelines and transformations in Snowflake to support BI reporting and analytics needs. * Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure the availability and integrity of data sources. * Data Governance: * Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting and analytics platforms. * Adhere to data security and privacy standards, particularly in handling sensitive customer and transactional data. Qualifications: Required: * **Advanced SQL skills, with hands\-on experience in Snowflake.** * **Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with attention to detail.** * **PST working hours (9am \-5pm)** Preferred: * **Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and automation.** * **Knowledge of ETL processes and tools such as Snowflake Tasks, dbt and Airflow** * **Experience working with eCommerce or digital business metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, AOV, CLV).** * **Proficiency in Tableau (development, publishing, and performance optimization).** * **Familiarity with utilizing AI tools to streamline data analysis and stakeholder communication workflows is a strong plus** Key Competencies: Exceptional Communication Skills: * Demonstrated ability to explain complex data concepts in clear, concise terms for diverse audiences, including technical teams, and, at times, non\-technical stakeholders. * Active listener who can translate business needs into actionable analytics and data solutions.
