Proposes improvements in procurement and logistics processes for efficiency We are an engineering and telecommunications services company currently seeking a **Purchasing Assistant** to strengthen the department through efficient procurement process management, ensuring compliance with delivery timelines, documentation control, and competitive commercial terms. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and process purchase requests, validating technical and commercial specifications. * Issue purchase orders and ensure their proper registration in the system. * Conduct continuous follow-up on purchase orders, guaranteeing compliance with agreed timelines and terms. * Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and alert potential deviations. * Maintain constant communication with the warehouse and internal departments to ensure product availability. * Verify document compliance (purchase orders, shipping guides, and invoices). * Coordinate material receipt with the warehouse, ensuring proper conformity. * Prepare management reports (purchase tracking, pricing, delivery times, and supplier performance). * Keep ERP system data up to date. * Propose improvements in procurement and logistics processes aimed at operational efficiency. **Requirements** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics functions. * Experience in managing and tracking purchase orders. * Knowledge of operational negotiation with suppliers. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Experience with ERP systems (CONTANET preferred). * Strong organizational, tracking, and information management skills. **Key Competencies** * Planning and organization * Effective communication * Analytical thinking and attention to detail * Proactivity * Results orientation Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,700\.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you have at least 1 year of experience in purchasing, logistics, or procurement? * Have you managed end-to-end issuance and tracking of purchase orders? * What is your Excel proficiency level, and which tools do you use most frequently? * Have you coordinated directly with suppliers to ensure delivery timelines? * What are your salary expectations?
