Job stability and career path Our company is currently looking for a Logistics Assistant eager to learn, grow, and develop professionally within a positive work environment. **Requirements:** * Technical or Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of document handling (invoices, waybills, purchase orders) and basic trade and logistics regulations. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar roles within logistics, warehousing, or procurement departments. **Skills:** * Teamwork and ability to work under pressure. **General Function:** Provide operational and administrative support for the organization's logistics processes, ensuring accurate execution of activities related to procurement, warehousing, distribution, inventory management, and commercial documentation, in accordance with standards of efficiency, control, and compliance. **Specific Functions:** * Attend to and manage requests submitted by the sales department and/or internal clients. * Verify product availability in the system and obtain quotations from suppliers in case of stock shortages. * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms with suppliers. * Compare and update prices using supplier lists, catalogs, and websites to optimize costs. * Select suppliers based on evaluation of price, quality, and commercial terms; identify new strategic suppliers. * Issue and manage purchase orders according to departmental requirements. * Register invoices and related documentation in the system. * Review and validate documentation associated with procurement and supply. * Coordinate and ensure proper handling and delivery of requested items. * Collect goods from suppliers when necessary. * Provide support for operational and administrative activities within the Logistics Department. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment registration. * Pleasant working environment. * Career path opportunity. * Job stability.
