Position Summary: We are seeking a BIM Modeler for a stormwater drainage sanitation project, responsible for developing models, coordinating clash detection, and generating technical documentation. Key Highlights: 1. BIM modeling experience for sanitation projects 2. Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks 3. Coordination of disciplines and generation of technical documentation BIM Modeler – Sanitation Project (Stormwater Drainage) We are currently seeking a **BIM Modeler** to join a major **stormwater drainage sanitation project**. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Experience as a BIM Modeler on sanitation, stormwater drainage, water supply, sewerage, or infrastructure projects. * Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. * Knowledge of BIM methodology and interdisciplinary coordination. * Availability to work according to project requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and update the project's BIM models. * Coordinate interdisciplinary clashes using BIM tools. * Generate drawings, quantity take-offs, and technical documentation from the model. * Provide technical support to the engineering team throughout project execution. * Comply with established BIM standards for project implementation. **We Offer:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Market-competitive remuneration.
