Main Responsibilities: * Provide courteous, prompt, and personalized service to each customer. * Accurately take and record orders. * Process payments at the cash register and handle various payment methods. * Serve food and beverages following company standards. * Prepare menu items on the griddle. * Efficiently address customer inquiries or requests. * Maintain cleanliness, order, and adequate stock in the service area, counter, and dining room. * Assist with store opening and closing procedures. * Comply with company-established hygiene, food safety, and appearance protocols. Requirements: * Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in cafés or restaurants). * Knowledge of service procedures and cash handling. * Proper handling of supplies and adherence to good hygiene practices. * Excellent service attitude, communication skills, and teamwork ability. * Responsible, punctual, and proactive individual. * Availability to work from **3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.**, Monday through Sunday, with **one fixed day off per week**.
