We are currently looking for a **Collections Manager** who is goal-oriented, possesses excellent negotiation skills, effective communication, and a service-oriented mindset, to join a dynamic and excellence-oriented team. Requirements * Completed or ongoing technical or university studies in Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, customer service, call centers, or similar positions. * Experience in negotiating payment commitments, portfolio recovery, and managing debt-ridden customers. * Knowledge of CRM tools and basic financial management concepts. * Persuasive ability, results orientation, and objection handling skills. Responsibilities * Contact clients by phone to inform them about the status of their obligations, due dates, and available payment options. * Efficiently negotiate payment agreements seeking solutions beneficial to both the client and the company. * Continuously monitor agreed-upon commitments, verifying compliance with established agreements. * Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding available options to regularize their obligations. * Meet assigned performance indicators and portfolio recovery targets. * Timely record and update information on conducted activities in the company’s systems. * Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve incidents related to collections and payments. * Prepare and submit daily activity reports, including payment commitments, recoveries, and case follow-ups. Working Conditions * Formal employment from the first day of work, with all statutory benefits under the general regime (profit-sharing bonuses, CTS, paid vacations, health insurance, among others). * Excellent work environment and opportunities for professional growth and development. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays (when necessary) Salary: S/.1,200\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
