




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead and supervise commercial teams, design strategies, develop business, and manage client relationships in the Health & Wellness sector. Identify new business opportunities and strategic alliances. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Postgraduate specialization in Business Management, Health Services Administration, or Business Leadership is desirable. Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles. Work schedule: Full-time. Work modality: On-site. **Responsibilities:** * Design and implement the commercial strategic plan aligned with company objectives. * Set commercial goals and monitor performance indicators. * Lead, supervise, and motivate the team of commercial advisors to ensure objective achievement. * Develop strategies for acquiring new customers and retaining patients and corporate clients. * Identify new business opportunities and strategic alliances with companies, institutions, and organizations. * Analyze the market, competition, and trends in the Health & Wellness sector to propose growth strategies. * Prepare and manage the commercial department budget. * Supervise the sales process, from prospecting through to closing and post-sales follow-up. * Design commercial campaigns in coordination with Marketing and Communications departments. * Monitor customer satisfaction and propose actions to improve patient experience. * Present periodic reports on commercial results, sales forecasts, and profitability. * Coordinate with Sports Medicine, Nutrition, Psychology, and Training departments to ensure an appropriate service offering. * Define pricing strategies, promotions, and service packages in coordination with General Management. * Manage corporate agreements with companies, educational institutions, sports clubs, and public or private organizations. * Supervise compliance with commercial service and customer service protocols. * Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize commercial processes. * Manage and strengthen the company’s market image, promoting brand positioning. * Evaluate the commercial team’s performance, identifying training needs and development opportunities. * Resolve critical situations related to customers, negotiations, or commercial processes. * Promote a customer-oriented culture, teamwork, and results-driven execution. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, ethical standards, and institutional objectives.
