Job Summary: We are seeking female personnel for a multifunctional customer service role, providing support to medical staff and customers for efficient evaluations and closing sales. Sales management and inquiry resolution At Medicarperu, a medical evaluation center for driver's licenses, we are seeking female personnel to fill our multifunctional customer service position. **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for **supporting our medical staff and customers**, ensuring they complete their evaluations as efficiently as possible. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide information about all our services and close sales * Serve drivers in person, via WhatsApp, and by phone * Address inquiries from our customers (drivers) * Schedule and reschedule appointments, etc. * Register and invoice all sales * Resolve complaints and/or claims * Complete and organize patient files Requirements * Empathetic and proactive attitude. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as active listening. * Ability to work under high demand and pressure. * Technical or university studies in Administration, Marketing, or related fields (graduated, bachelor's degree holder, or incomplete studies — **not current students**). * Experience in **customer service** * Basic proficiency in Word and Excel * Age between 18 and 25 years * **Immediate availability** **Working Hours** \- Monday to Saturday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with one random day off per week in addition to Sundays \-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\- . Immediate availability to work at: Av. Gerardo Unger 6349 \- Comas (Near Sta. Luzmila Police Station; parallel to Pan Norte Univ Cesar Vallejo) . Over 18 years of age **. Must reside in the northern cone of Lima (Comas, Independencia, Los Olivos)** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.1,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
