Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead the comprehensive management of fuel supply, transportation, and distribution, ensuring continuity and optimization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the comprehensive management of fuel supply and distribution. 2. Negotiate and coordinate fuel purchases with distributors. 3. Supervise transportation and delivery to customers. We are a leading company in the hydrocarbons sector with a strong market track record, and we are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of: **OPERATIONS MANAGER** Lead the comprehensive management of the group's fuel supply, transportation, and distribution, ensuring operational continuity, resource optimization, and compliance with current legal regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and schedule fuel supply and distribution for direct customers. * Negotiate and coordinate fuel purchases with retail distributors, aligning with established targets. * Monitor fuel transportation and delivery to customers. * Develop and control the department's operating budget. * Manage the department's petty cash fund. * Control documentation for trucks and drivers (licenses, insurance policies, DGH, etc.). * Prepare and present management indicators (KPIs) and reports requested by management. * Organize, supervise, and evaluate the driver team. * Manage monthly work schedules and staff incentives. * Coordinate with Human Resources on disciplinary measures and performance improvement actions. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Courses or training in operational management, logistics, supply chain, administrative control, leadership, or personnel management. * Minimum 2 years of experience supervising operations, logistics, commercial areas, plants, or similar units.
