We operate as a single company across all locations, with shared responsibilities and a clear focus on accountability. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------- * Provide support for implementing activities under the Annual Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Quality Program. * Monitor and consolidate evidence to ensure compliance with environmental commitments arising from facility IGA requirements (e.g., environmental monitoring, waste management, reporting to authorities, etc.). * Participate in the HSQE onboarding process for third-party workers and/or contractors involved in activities. * Support the development of HSQE management system documentation for construction, operation, and maintenance activities across company assets. * Support the implementation of HSQE best practices, policies, and standards across assets and projects in Peru. * Process procurement information for HSQE team equipment. * Develop promotional or communication content for HSQE-related campaigns and training targeting internal and external stakeholders. * Collect data for HSE KPIs and track associated action plans. * Inspect emergency equipment at administrative offices and/or facilities. * Ensure proper delivery of personal protective equipment (PPE), work uniforms, and required training. * Contribute to developing a risk prevention culture. * And others. **Education and Certifications** ------------------------------- * Student in the ninth or tenth semester, or bachelor’s degree holder, in Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Hygiene, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Communication, or related fields. * Courses in Occupational Health, Safety, and/or Environment. Willingness to travel occasionally to facilities outside Lima and to high-altitude locations (> 4000 m.a.s.l.). * **Experience and Technical Skills** -------------------------------------- * Prior experience in safety, occupational health, quality, and/or environmental management processes is preferred but not mandatory. * Knowledge of safety, occupational health, and environmental management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
