Requirements: * Technical or university degree in Administration, Law, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources. * Knowledge of labor documentation management and personnel administration. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities: * Drafting, controlling, and tracking employee employment contracts. * Registering and updating worker information in T\-Registro. * Controlling and validating time sheets for on-site and administrative staff. * Organizing, updating, and safeguarding employee files. * Supporting compliance with the company's labor legal documentation and order. * Filing and controlling documentation related to the Human Resources department. * Coordinating with various departments to ensure proper personnel control. * Other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
