At **Corralito**, we are looking for a **Human Resources Assistant** to support administrative and talent management processes. We seek an organized, proactive individual with solid knowledge of personnel administration and Peruvian labor legislation.
Requirements
* Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
* Minimum of **1 year** of experience as a Human Resources Assistant, preferably in the gastronomy, restaurant, or retail sectors.
* Knowledge of **Peruvian labor legislation** (hiring practices, employment modalities, renewals, vacations, rest days, leaves, social benefits, and current labor regulations).
* Experience in drafting, monitoring, and tracking **employment contracts**, renewals, and terminations.
* Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and ability to handle sensitive information.
* Effective communication and team-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
* Administer and maintain an up-to-date **employee database**.
* Manage and keep updated **physical and digital employee files**.
* Process and track **FOLA, SCTR, Life Insurance under Law, and other labor-related insurance policies**, verifying correct enrollment and validity.
* Support onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring compliance with administrative processes.
* Draft, register, and monitor employment contracts, renewals, addendums, and other labor documentation.
* Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new employees.
* Prepare reports and metrics for the department using Excel.
* Assist in tracking attendance, vacations, medical leaves, other leaves, and related personnel incidents.
* Coordinate signing and delivery of labor-related documents.
* Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the Human Resources Manager.
