Currently, we are seeking top talent to fill the position of Materials Inventory Control Analyst and join our team. What do we expect from you? * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related fields. * Four years of experience in roles such as Warehouse Clerk, Inventory Analyst or Assistant, Warehouse Support Staff, or similar positions. * Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic, on-site environment. You must have solid knowledge of: * Advanced-level office software. What will be your mission? Ensure proper operation of the materials warehouse, guaranteeing timely availability of necessary materials and supplies to execute company projects. What will be your responsibilities? * Prepare Purchase Orders and Service Orders according to requirements, as applicable. * Review Purchase and Service Requirements Reports to proceed with supplier quotations. * Prepare comparative purchase tables (minimum of three) for purchases exceeding USD 500. * Register suppliers according to the required format, ensuring compliance with all requirements. * Coordinate with suppliers/internal clients/Inventory Control Analysts regarding matters inherent to the area. * Record purchase and service invoices in the ERP system, then physically submit them to the Accounting Department (print invoice, delivery note(s), and/or acceptance certificate, as applicable). * Create item codes for items not found in the master list. * Register suppliers in the system according to the provided format. * Coordinate and purchase air and land transportation tickets as required. * Coordinate and request serial numbers for newly purchased equipment to be included in the Purchase Order. * Perform Pareto analysis for purchasing PPE and report findings to your immediate supervisor. * Coordinate and request product and calibration certificates for equipment and other items as required; forward them to the Inventory Control Analyst for processing. * Prepare and submit the projected weekly expense list to the Accounting Department for corresponding payment.
