Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or candidate in Psychology, HR, or Industrial Relations. * Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection. * Experience in IT profiles (networks and infrastructure). * Management of metric- and result-oriented processes. * Experience in headhunting and mass recruitment. Mandatory: * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Experience conducting competency-based interviews. * Proficiency in job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter. * Ability to work in dynamic, high-demand environments.
