Junior Project and Collections Controller

Position Summary: We are seeking a Junior Project and Collections Controller to consolidate information, generate indicators, and monitor the performance of projects and collections. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for consolidating information and generating follow-up reports. 2. Development of dashboards and management indicators (KPIs). 3. Monitoring project progress and identifying deviations. **About the Position** We are seeking a Junior Project and Collections Controller responsible for consolidating information, generating indicators, and monitoring the performance of projects and collections for completed work. **Main Responsibilities** * Consolidate information on completed work and generate follow-up reports * Develop dashboards and management indicators (KPIs) * Monitor project progress and identify deviations * Support schedule control and objective achievement * Identify process improvement opportunities * Coordinate with various departments for information tracking * Prepare completed work reports * Prepare budgets for emergency and additional work * Conduct follow-up and collection for completed work **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil or Industrial Engineering * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project control or planning within maintenance or general services work * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory) * Power BI or data visualization tool experience (preferred) * Experience in indicator analysis and data management Conditions * Availability to work in Huachipa \- Lurigancho * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm; Saturdays, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Salary: S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
