They are responsible for defining and establishing the required strategy for Operations Services to maximize company results, with special emphasis on customer relationships, and aligning departmental activities and projects with client needs and service demands. **Candidate Requirements** ### **POSITION OBJECTIVE** ### **Supervise and coordinate all activities related to pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and performance testing of process systems in the water treatment plant. This role ensures compliance with customer specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. Guarantee correct application of the LOTO (Lock Out – Tag Out) system during electrical commissioning activities, ensuring full control of hazardous energy and preventing serious or fatal incidents.** ### **Responsibilities:** * ### **Implement the LOTO (Lock Out – Tag Out) system in accordance with the safety start-up procedure.** * ### **Prepare the LOTO (Lock Out – Tag Out) certificate and documentation in accordance with the system/subsystem commissioning procedure.** * ### **Issue the Work Permit for Start-Up and ensure the PTW is signed by the authorized signatory (Start-Up Manager).** * ### **Prepare the start-up area, system, or package with the Construction Completion Certificate (CCC) issued by the construction team.** * ### **Ensure the commissioning area is cordoned off and properly signposted before issuing the NOE (Notice of Energization).** * ### **Coordinate with subcontractors/contractors regarding activities within the start-up area.** * ### **Archive/organize all PTW documents in both physical and digital formats, including memoranda, Construction Completion Certificates (CCC), Notices of Energization (NOE), etc.** * ### **Prepare the weekly activity report for work permit start-up.** * ### **Conduct LOTO inspections** * ### **Audit field compliance** * ### **Validate PTW permits** ### **Requirements:** * ### **Bachelor’s degree holder.** * ### **Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related field.** * ### **Valid registration with the Peruvian Institute of Engineers (CIP).** * ### **Five (5) or more years of experience in process and commissioning activities.** * ### **Experience leading operational readiness teams.** * ### **Or five (5) years of operational experience in water treatment plants or metallurgical plants.** ### **Additional Knowledge:** * ### **LOTO.** * ### **Electrical safety.** * ### **NFPA 70E.** ACCIONA has received the Top Employer 2024 and 2025 certification.
