Join the best team and make an impact with your talent as a **Middle Channel Strategy Analyst**. **Your primary objective will be:** To lead the strategic evolution of the bank's channels by identifying transformation opportunities and developing initiatives grounded in analytics, artificial intelligence, and best practices — enhancing customer experience and generating business value. **How will you achieve this?** * Designing channel evolution strategies and proposals aligned with the bank's objectives. * Identifying improvement opportunities in service models, customer experience, and commercial capabilities. * Applying analytical and problem-solving methodologies to generate high-impact initiatives. * Developing business cases and strategic analyses to support decision-making. * Incorporating advanced analytics and artificial intelligence into solution design. * Leading cross-functional initiatives and coordinating with key stakeholders for implementation. * Preparing executive presentations for committees and senior leadership. **What do we need from you?** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Economic Engineering, Business Administration, Business Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, or related areas. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * Knowledge of Power BI, SQL (intermediate level), and Python (desirable). * Familiarity with Design Thinking, Customer Experience, Applied Artificial Intelligence, innovation methodologies, and Agile. * Advanced English proficiency. **What do we offer you at Interbank?** Development opportunities: growth paths and upskilling and reskilling tools at Interbank and across all companies in the Intercorp Group.
