Job Summary: We are seeking a Vehicle Fleet Assistant to manage the assignment, control, and maintenance of vehicles, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Requirements: * Graduates or technical/vocational or university students in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience in fleet control, logistics, or similar areas. * Knowledge of vehicle management, maintenance, and fuel control. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Familiarity with traffic regulations and road safety standards (preferred). Main Responsibilities: * Manage vehicle unit assignment and availability according to operational requirements. * Monitor fuel usage (recording, consumption tracking, and reporting). * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet. * Maintain up-to-date documentation for each vehicle (SOAT, technical inspections, insurance, permits). * Develop and verify vehicle inspection checklists. * Record and track vehicle incidents and accidents. * Coordinate with workshops, suppliers, and drivers to ensure fleet operational readiness. * Prepare fleet control reports, operational cost analyses, and vehicle status updates. * Ensure compliance with traffic regulations, road safety standards, and internal policies.
