We are currently looking for **a Payroll Analyst** for our team in Surco. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of SAP HR module. * Proficiency in Starsoft. * Knowledge of remuneration. * Advanced Excel skills. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Availability to work in the district of SURCO. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare audit, inspection, and internal control reports related to remuneration payroll. * Validate and consolidate tax, contribution, and payroll deduction declarations. * Handle employee inquiries related to remuneration payroll. * Monitor staff attendance; record staff onboarding and offboarding. * Assist in executing the worker profit-sharing payment process. * Review and monitor outstanding payroll payment balances for employees.
