We are currently seeking an experienced **Security Supervisor**, with proven leadership skills and a strong focus on achieving objectives. This position requires continuous supervision of operational staff and strict adherence to quality standards across all services delivered. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering \- alternative * Minimum 2 years of verified experience in similar roles (certified). * Valid A1 driver's license for automobiles and Category B-IIb for motorcycles (MANDATORY). * Valid L4 firearms license (MANDATORY). * Residence in the district of San Martín de Porres or nearby areas. * Good physical condition (80% fieldwork, 20% office work). * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** tools (mandatory) **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct inspection rounds at assigned service posts. * Maintain consistent and effective communication with security personnel to ensure compliance with procedures. * Verify the overall condition of service posts, as well as proper use of equipment and uniforms. * Monitor and record attendance and punctuality of subordinate staff. * Supervise delivered services to ensure quality and propose improvements. * Keep surveillance post records and reports up to date. * Prepare monthly security service reports. **We Offer:** * Compensation above market average. * Full statutory social benefits (ESSALUD, bonuses, CTS, vacation time). * Job stability and a positive work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth within the company.
