Position Summary: We are seeking a Bachelor of Psychology with field experience in training, material development, and team supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to continuously reinforce knowledge **Psychologist – Project in Piura (Algarrobo)** **Workplace:** Algarrobo, Piura **Project Duration:** 5 months **Requirements** * Bachelor of Psychology. * 1–2 years of experience in similar roles. * Availability for fieldwork. * Proficiency in developing training materials and presentations. **Main Responsibilities** * Deliver training to promoters. * Develop training materials and presentations (slides). * Conduct fieldwork and activity follow-up. * Manage and update databases. * Coordinate and supervise a team of 18 promoters. * Reinforce knowledge through continuous training. **Working Conditions** * Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with one weekday off. * Inclusion in REMYPE payroll .**Apply with us!** If you meet the profile and wish to join this project, please send us your CV and become part of our team.
